Wii today!

I am so proud of myself this AM getting up and doing some Wii Fit before getting on the computer an crafting and then before I know it the day is over. I am so sore and feel like I can hardly move the past few weeks that I knew I need to get back to regular exercising. I admit I started off easy today only 20 minutes of yoga and stepping but it was something and I feel achy now but I know it is a good thing as I also am popping and creaking every move I make so the stretching was good for my body! Putting it on my planner for tomorrow AM too I think I will get up instead of hit the snooze button so I can have time before I head off to work for Wii Fit.
